To lesson the financial burden we offer this plan: Regular scheduled weekly payments with full balance paid by FRIDAY 6 October 2023. Payment plan does not apply to workshops. Overdue accounts will incur late payment fees (refer to terms on booking)

WINZ subsidy/credit accounts
FEES
WINZ subsidy applicants that do not have an account with Kids Domain including if you are applying for a new subsidy applications are required to pay the full amount upfront or have started weekly installments already to Kids Domain (before care will commence). Once WINZ have made full payment of your account the difference or full amount will be refunded back to you. However if you can provide a letter/email confirming your subsidy has been approved before the school holidays start, hours approved and the subsidy rate you qualify for then this will not need to be paid before care commences. The cut off for New WINZ subsidy applications is 2 weeks before the school holidays start, this is due to slower processing by Work and Income for school holidays

Children with disabilities/neurodivergent that require extra support please choose Four Diamonds Charitable Trust when doing your booking so your child can be supported at a Kids Domain programme (a client number will be required)
Kids Domain are at full capacity with children that require extra support, so no new bookings will be accepted at this time unless your child can be part of a 1:10 ratio
Cancellation cut off date for SEPTEMBER OCTOBER 2023 SCHOOL HOLIDAY PROGRAMME
All bookings for the September October 2023 school holidays can not be cancelled/credited from Monday 18 September 2023. The fee is still payable once you have booked as we have rostered our staff and ordered/paid for activity fees. Cancellations received before that date through the cancellation form https://kidsdomain.biz/change-of-bookings-notice-form/ will be fully credited less the administration fee of $5 per day/per child. Children that have 1:1 supervision arranged is still payable once invoice has been issued. Refunds/Credits are not available from invoice date as your supervisor has been rostered on to support your child. Cancellations can be completed here
